I ordered this crutch yesterday - for next day delivery -I did recv the box next day - (today) - but when I opened the box - it only had one crutch inside. I called Ergoactives & spoke to Dr Bernard (?) He apologized, said he would send me out the second crutch immediately today - via Fed Ex. This is service beyond wonderful. This crutch is expensive - but you get in life what you pay for"
